Deborah is an Assistant Psychologist and Cognitive Behavior Therapist who works mainly with adolescents, adults and their families. She has experience of working with young people and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as well as experience of treating a range of mental health difficulties including low mood, anxiety, OCD, phobias, PTSD, low self-esteem, perfectionism, anger management and interpersonal difficulties. She has worked in private mental health practices as well as within NHS IAPT service’s and children’s counselling services. She draws upon a holistic and integrative approach to therapy using person-centered, psychodynamic, attachment theory and life-span development in addition to third wave CBT therapies such as Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness based practice. Deborah is experienced in delivering both online and face-to-face therapy.
